"I was blessed with a Mother that could sew, garden, cook and bake. My sisters and I somehow selected our interest in each of these areas. One sister owns an Embroidery Business, the other loves Landscaping...well and me.. I LOVE TO BAKE. So, I enrolled in several classes over the years to learn how to decorate cakes for special occasions. Keeping up with trends, several years ago I returned to school to learn the "Art Of Cake Decorating". I attended and completed Knightsbridge PME ltd School of Cake Decorating & Confectionery Arts, with focus on Sugar Paste, Sugar Flowers, Royal Icing and Piping and I'm also State of Texas Food Safe Certified. I've won 2nd place in Kwanzafest Bake Fest with a Lemonade Cake, 2nd place in North Texas Cake Show with a cake shape like Noah's Ark and 3rd place with a cake shaped like a Crochet Baby Sweater and Booties and other awards as well. My Mom taught me to Make It Taste Good, school taught me to execute my decorating skills at a higher level and that allow me ,to offer you my customer, A Special Custom Cake For Your Special Occasion...To God Be The Glory...Thank You".
